Gareth Barry believes Carlos Tevez moving to Juventus is a "massive loss" to Manchester City, while Aleksandar Kolarov has admitted he could leave the English Premier League club in the summer.

Tevez completed his move to Juventus earlier this week, with it ending a four-year spell with the club where he won the Premier League title and the F.A. Cup.

Barry believes Tevez will be hard to replace at City and admitted to being sad at seeing the Argentine forward leave the club.

"It will be a massive loss for Manchester City," the England international told Sky Sports News.

"He has had a fantastic few years there and he has been fantastic to play alongside.

"To hear that news is quite sad but he will go and do a great job wherever he goes."

Tevez said he had spoken to new manager Manuel Pellegrini about wanting to leave City this summer and did not hesitate when Juventus came calling.

"Andrea Agnelli, Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici have always demonstrated their desire to bring me to Turin," he told the Italian club's official website. "I'm delighted to be here at Juventus.

"I spoke to Manuel Pellegrini as soon as he arrived at City. I told him I considered my time at the club to be over.

"He said that was fine by him and there weren't any problems in allowing me to leave. I would like to thank City and all their fans for the four years spent together."

Meanwhile, another player who could be headed to Juventus is Kolarov, with the Italian champions reportedly planning a bid for the Serbian international.

Kolarov said his priority is to play regularly next season and if he cannot do that with City he will look for a move away.

"I am constantly in contact with the club (City), and we will soon see what will happen," Kolarov told Serbian Sports Arena.

"I'm happy in Manchester, but I want to play regularly.

"Money is not everything, I would be available to cut my salary. Simply, I want to be in the regular eleven."
