The Aaron Hernandez case is now a murder case and the tight end has been accused of murdering 27-year-old Odin Lloyd and now there is a gag order and the former Patriots star has been denied bail and was brought back to jail after the arraignment.
Local news station Fox 25 has been following the case and while he was not accused of specifically pulling the trigger, details showed that he had some personal issues with Odin Lloyd that stemmed from a club incident and he orchestrated the execution. Lloyd was shot three times before he went down and then two more bullets were pumped into the body and there is surveillance footage of Hernandez the night of the murder.
Details came out that Hernandez said he no longer trusted Lloyd and that there is multiple instances of video and text message evidence about it, although the defense said it was circumstantial. Bail was denied and a gag order was put in place.
