New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be arraigned in court after being arrested and that will go down at 2 PM and will reveal the charges in the Odin Lloyd murder case for him and that could be for accessory to murder or obstruction of justice.

According to Pro Football Talk, the court arraignment will be at 2 PM at the Attleboro Court and that is when he will find out what he is facing. Hernandez was arrested before 9 AM this morning and was not afforded any special treatment, as he was hauled out in a shirt and shorts with his hands cuffed under his shirt. He had been investigated all week in relation to the case and the obstruction charges could be stemming from him destroying his cell phone and security system.

Hernandez is in hot water for having a cleaning crew come over on Monday and authorities searched his home and the surrounding area for multiple hours. The body of Lloyd was found a mile from the home and one of Hernandez's rental cars was found nearby. He is connected to the case through his girlfriend and her sister, who was dating Lloyd, and reports say that he was seen on video at one point with Lloyd the night of the murder.

Hernandez was released by the Patriots despite a large cap hit and that came after the team gave him a lucrative extension. Many feel that Tim Tebow should step in now that he is gone, but coach Bill Belichick likely won't let that fly and the Patriots will figure out what to do in other ways. The past of the tight end has been scrutinized now and his time at Florida appears to have a number of bad incidents, including drug tests, a shooting and gang connections.

Hernandez could face future fines or suspensions from the NFL and depending on how it goes down, it could mean the end of his career. The tight end was important for the team last season when Rob Gronkowski went down and now he is facing an uncertain future.
