NBA Playoffs Standings 2013: Chris Bosh Shows Why Miami Heat Big 3 Needs Him, Sets Up Ray Allen For Tying Three, Blocks Tony Parker and Danny Green In Overtime To Force Finals Game 7

The Miami Heat won to force a Game 7 matchup with the San Antonio Spurs after taking Game 6 in overtime and one of the biggest factors in the game was Chris Bosh, the often maligned member of the Big 3, but on Tuesday night he showed why he is paid the big bucks.

Bosh made a number of fantastic plays that if he had not, the Heat surely would have lost the game. He made some excellent plays in overtime, but his offensive rebound and pass to Ray Allen with less than 10 seconds left was as clutch as anything he has ever done and the Heat eventually tied the game and forced overtime before winning.

During the overtime period Bosh stepped up again, blocking shots from Tony Parker and Danny Green to keep the Spurs at 100 points as the Heat clung to a one point lead. His block of Green came after he made comments in the media about Green not getting any open looks and more importantly, it was a shot that could have tied the game but instead the game ended and the Heat won. The block on Parker came with 33 seconds left and now he will try and help his team win in Game 7 for the championship.

LeBron James had an awful start to the game to start after making just three of 12 shots, but he turned it around and finished with a triple double, even losing his headband in the process. James added16 points in the fourth quarter and finished with 32 and 11 assists and he also added 10 rebounds in the game for another playoffs triple double. Bosh was fantastic down the stretch and while he had just 10 points, his team-leading 11 rebounds and blocks in overtime were clutch, as was his rebound and pass to Allen that set up overtime.

With just seven seconds left in the game and the championship being brought out on the court, James missed a three and as the ball floated down, Bosh emerged from the middle and snagged the rebound before passing it to Allen. Allen is considered one of the best three point shooters of all time and he proved why, sinking the shot to force overtime.

"We seen the championship board already out there, the yellow tape. And you know, that's why you play the game to the final buzzer," James said. "And that's what we did tonight. We gave it everything that we had and more."
