Tim Tebow is a free agent and can sign with any NFL team, but since that hasn't quite worked out yet, perhaps he should look north like some other NFL players have, including Mike Williams and more recently Reggie Williams, who signed with the Toronto Argonauts.

According to Pro Football Talk, Williams joins fellow wide receiver Mike Williams on the Toronto Argonauts, which makes two top 10 picks in the NFL draft now Canadian football players. Williams was picked at number nine back in 2004 by the Jaguars and after spending time there he washed out of football, but now he is back with the CFL.

Williams did not play last season and he played for the Jaguars from 2004 to 2008, but hasn't appeared in an NFL game since then. While with the Jags he made 183 catches for 2,322 yards and 18 touchdowns and was considered to be a top option when drafted, but it never worked out. Williams had similar potential and the two were teammates in 2010 in Seattle after Williams was taken 10th overall by the Lions in 2005.

Tebow's rights are held by the Montreal Alouettes and while some think it isn't the best fit, Tebow could end up thriving in the CFL just getting playing time. The Jets barely used Tebow at all last season and marginalized him when they told him to bulk up. The team used him in terrible spots and he ended up getting just 102 yards on the ground and 39 in the air. The team released him and now they have Geno Smith and Mark Sanchez while Tebow can't get a job. While with Denver he proved that he could be a starter in the league, but the media hype has kept many teams from signing him.

Tebow has gotten offers from the AFL, CFL and others, but so far nothing has turned into reality. Dan Marino said that he thinks Tebow will be back in the NFL someday, but he's not there yet to be a quarterback. Tebow led the Broncos back from a 1-4 record to make the playoffs and after leading the team to a win over the Steelers he was traded to the Jets. The Jaguars looked like a good fit, but after fans went to crazy to get the team to sign him, the team said no and now he still needs a new job.
