Manchester City playmaker Samir Nasri insisted he has absolutely no plans of leaving the English Premier League club in the summer transfer window, amid reports of interest from French clubs Paris Saint Germain and Monaco.
Nasri has had an underwhelming couple of seasons with City, ever since making his controversial move for Arsenal.
Even though the 25-year-old won the Premier League title in his first season with the club, fans are yet to warm up to him due to a perceived lack of effort.
PSG director Leonardo recently said he would like to bring players like Nasri back to France, while Monaco have reportedly targeted the French international as one of their high-profile targets for the summer.
However, Nasri, who endured a fractious relationship with former manager Roberto Mancini, has no plans of switching clubs in the summer.
"It is not true, it is rubbish. They just talk," Nasri told Sky Sports News.
"The director of PSG (Leonardo) said maybe he wants to buy some French players and said my name. He is someone I have known for a long time from when he was at Inter Milan.
"I want to stay in Manchester, I don't want to leave, it is just talk."
Nasri also believes Manuel Pellegrini, who has been widely tipped to take over from Mancini as new City manager, will suit the club quite well.
"The club is going to let us know as soon as they sign someone, but for the moment it's just talk," Nasri told Goal.com.
"If it is (Pellegrini), it's a good fit. In the Champions League, he's always had success with Villarreal or Malaga. The way his teams play, it's always attractive and that's what we need at Manchester City."
Meanwhile, Manchester City, who announced the acquirement of rights for a new Major League Soccer franchise in New York in a partnership with the New York Yankees, revealed their new Nike kit for next season.
City signed a lucrative £72 million ($109 million) six-year deal with the sports manufacturing giants and unveiled the new kit to the media in New York, where the club are on a post-season tour.
