The NBA Draft lottery is one of the strangest ways a league awards draft picks and the odds for each team getting the top pick can be what separates some from turning things around and remaining an NBA doormat, as the Bobcats have been for years.
The Bobcats are hoping a name change to the Hornets will help turn things around, while the Magic are hoping to move on from Dwight Howard by getting the first pick and taking Nerlens Noel. The Kentucky star is the likely first round pick and the main teams fighting for the lottery in the Bobcats, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Pelicans and Kings will all be looking to take him.
