NASCAR Chief Divorce Docs Unsealed For Brian France Reveals Verbal Abuse and That Wife Megan Spent Staggering Amounts of Money on Friends

NASCAR Chief Brian France is in the news after his divorce documents became unsealed after news organizations fought that they were public records and they revealed how much money he is paying o his ex-wife.

According to the Associated Press, the court documents were unsealed on Wednesday and the 3,000 pages showed that France was worried about the "staggering" amounts of money his wife spent and also that he had to pay her $9 million, alimony of $32,000 a month for 10 years and $10,000 a month in child support as part of his 2008 agreement with Megan France.

The documents cite verbal abuse by Megan for not following things that France said and also revealed that he failed to give her $3 million when he was upset with how she was spending money. It also cites his verbally abusive behavoior.

''Brian has demanded that I make the children available whenever and wherever he desires,'' she said in a March 2, 2011 affidavit. ''He expects me and the children to be at his 'beck and call' regardless of the specific terms of the agreement.''
