Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn went public with their relationship earlier in the year with a post on Facebook and even though Vonn was at the Masters supporting her boyfriend, the two hadn't yet stepped out together in public, but all that changed on Monday night at the Met Gala in New York City.

Woods and Vonn were in attendance toegther at the event and stepped out for the first time together and Woods later said that he was there to support his girlfriend, as he is not that much into fashion and that world, but she is. The couple walked the red carpet at the event and were photographed heavily and while that all went well, the after party was another story.

According to Us Weekly, Woods and Vonn followed their night at the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with an after party celebration at the Boom Boom Room, which was held at the Standard Hoteal and had many celebrity guests, including Leonardo Dicaprio, Chris Brown and Anne Hathaway. According to sources at the party, Woods looked uncomfortable at the party and and at one point danced awkwardly and also grabbed Vonn's behind.

Later on, said sources, the couple left around 2 am and as they were leaving Woods slipped while looking tipsy on a small flight of stairs, leaving an embarrassed Vonn to help him up and out of the exit. Woods was clad in a nice tuxedo, while Vonn was in a long white dress and heels and looked strong after still rehabbing from her knee injury sustained at the World Championships in Austria.
