Cleveland Browns seventh round draft pick Armonty Bryant was arrested on Monday for driving drunk back in Oklahoma, which followed an arrest earlier in October for marijuana possession.

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Bryant was thankful for the team taking a chance on him despite the drug arrest and now he adds a DUI to the situation. The player said he would not let the team down, but after being arrested he has and there is a chance they could not sign him to a contract now that another incident has occurred. The defensive end did not blow properly into the Intoxylizer and also argued with police, according to the report.

The report says that he had 0.10 and 0.09 levels, which is above the legal limit for the state. The team could decide to cut the player or not to bring him into rookie minicamp, but the team has not decided yet. Bryant now faces charges and will face the court to be arraigned on Tuesday.

The Browns have been dealing with legal issues a lot lately, including Quentin Groves' arrest for solicitation and the FBI looking into owner Jimmy Haslam's company. The team said that they are keeping Groves after signing him to a deal and that could be the reason why they decide to keep or not keep Bryant.

Bryant was previously arrested for selling marijuana at football practice to an undercover officer and even with that the Browns decided to draft him, as they met with him and felt that he was over his troubles. The team had just five picks after making trades and now the team has to deal with his arrest.

"We are aware of the incident and are now in the process of collecting more information,'' Browns spokesman Neal Gulkis said in a statement. "We will not have any further comment.''
