Tim Tebow makes headlines no matter what decision he makes and when he decided to cancel a scheduled appearance at the First Baptist Church last week after an outcry from the media, chances were that pastor Robert Jeffress would respond."

Despite what has come out of the rumor mill recently, the Miami Dolphins reportedly have no interest in bringing quarterback Tim Tebow into their program for the 2013-14 season.

According to the Chicago Tribune, team sources have said that the former Florida Gator standout and Heisman trophy winner, was not working out for the Dolphins on Tuesday, and has not taken a physical with the team.

It is speculated that the Dolphins passed on adding Tebow last offseason when the Broncos put their former first-round pick on the trading block after acquiring Peyton Manning.

With Miami being out of the question, rumors of a likely landing spot with the New England Patriots continue to swirl.

Patriots coach Bill Belichick has always spoken highly of Tebow and has remained to have great insight dating back to Tebow's days has the Florida Gators starter, where he was coached by Urban Meyer, one of Belichick's trusted friends and business partners.

There's also the connection Tebow has with new Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who traded three draft picks in order to select Tebow in the first round when he was coach of the Denevr Broncos. Since returning to the Patriots, McDaniels has remained to have much input in personnel decisions and with his input he could conceivably make a play on Tebow to land him during free agency.

Noticeable moves McDaniels had input on were the trade for wide receiver Greg Salas, the signing of Brandon Llyod and grabbing tight end Michael Hommanawanui from the Washington Redskins practice squad.

The Patriots also have an opening spot at quarterback behind Tom Brady to think about. There is room to fit Tebow in as a third-stringer behind Ryan Mallett should the Patriots be interested in what Tebow can bring to the team.
