The Westboro Baptist Church is one of the most hateful, bigoted and racist organizations in America, which is why the group decided to protests Game 5 between the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder after Jason Collins came out as gay.
According to Deaadspin.com, the group picketed the game with six people and in response many more counter protesters showed up to give their support to Collins and the NBA. The church are the ones who go to funerals with signs that say "God Hates Fags", but this time they were met with good hearted people and they took down the hate.
