Miami Dolphins Trade Rumors: Davone Bess To Cleveland Browns In Draft Day Deal? Arizona Cardinals, Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Vikings and Jets Interested

The Miami Dolphins are trying to make moves before the first night of the NFL draft at Radio City Music Hall after signing Mike Wallace and bringing back Brian Hartline, as they have but wideout Davone Bess on the trading block and one team that could be interested is the Cleveland Browns.

According to NFL.com, the Dolphins have been shopping Bess for a month since they signed the two receivers and the team is also trying to trade up in the draft or trade for Kansas City Chiefs left tackle Branden Albert. Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times said on Wednesday that the Browns are "seriously" interested in the trade, as they may also try to trade down in the draft and Miami wants to trade up to try and take Lane Johnson.

Other teams have also inquired about the receiver, including the Arizona Cardinals, St. Louis Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets, all who have been interested in moving in the draft as well. The Dolphins want to add a mid round pick, which would give them an extra one in case they trade for Albert and have to give up their second rounder.

Bess started 13 games last season while playing in 15 and he made 61 catches for 778 yards, but he is now behind Wallace, Hartline and the newly signed Brandon Gibson on the depth chart. The Browns may draft Tavon Austin, but in case they can't get their hands on him, they want to bring in Bess to work the slot. The Dolphins also could go after Austin and are getting rid of Bess to make room.
