The 2013 NFL draft has finally arrived and after a long road to New York City, 23 players will be in attendance to hear firsthand when they are drafted, while many others will be waiting at home for their name to be called by commissioner Roger Goodell.

The NFL Draft is bring broadcast in primetime and for good reason, as a Hollywood movie will be filming during the event and teams will be looking to build Super Bowl contenders in March as a number of teams are reportedly looking to trade up and down in the first round. The market should be very active on the trade front for a number of reasons, mainly because the draft is considered a deep one and since there are prospects that are considered starters at the top of the second round, teams will be looking to take advantage.

A number of teams are looking to possibly trade up, including the Miami Dolphins (who could also go down), the Minnesota Vikings and the San Francisco 49ers, who with 13 picks are almost guaranteed to make a move. Reports say that the team could package some of its picks to move into the top 10 or even the top five, but others say the team will try to slide in around the 14 of 15 picks to make a selection. Adam Schefter reported that the Philadelphia Eagles, the Detroit Lions, the Cleveland Browns, the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins all will look to trade down and the Chargers and 49ers could benefit from those moves.

The first round starts at 8pm on ESPN and NFL Network and will continue with the second and third rounds on Friday at 6:30 pm. Both networks will have online coverage and streaming, while ESPN will also have a radio broadcast. The top of the draft has a number of prime players, including Dion Jordan, Luke Joeckel, Eric Fisher and Dee Milliner, all of whom could go in any order in the top five.

The Chiefs are likely to stay put and keep Joeckel, but some reports say that Milliner is the pick. The Raiders have said they will take the best player available and the Eagles are working to try and trade back to possibly get more picks. The team also could go after Jordan, as he played for Chip Kelly at Oregon.
