St. Louis Cardinals vs. Philadelphia Phillies Live Stream: Watch Online MLB National League Action With Cliff Lee At 7:05 PM ET

Apr 20, 2013 06:33 PM EDT

The Phillies have been slow to start on offense, but after an 8-2 win on Friday the team may be ready to breakout and with Cliff Lee on the mound Philadelphia has as good a chance to win to keep the streak going. The win on Friday snapped a four game losing streak and despite the fact that rain ended the game before the seventh inning was finished, the Phillies had one of their best offensive games of the year. Ty Wigginton was a goat for the Cardinals, as his early error led to four runs and the team never could recover, while ace Roy Halladay returned to form to earn the complete game win after having an awful start earlier in the week.

Lee will be on the mound on Saturday and he is off to a much better start than last year when he didn't get his first win until the summer, as he is 2-0 with a sub-2.00 ERA and has pitched in at least six innings in 20 straight starts. Lance Lynn will be on the mound for the Cardinals and despite his above 5.00 ERA he has two wins, including on Monday against the Pirates. The Phillies are 7-10 on the season and are 5-5 over their last 10 while winning their last game. The Cardinals are 9-7 and have gone 6-4 over their past 10 while going 5-5 on the road this season.

The Cardinals rank fifth in scoring, but are 21st or below in the league ranks in on base percentage, slugging and batting average. The Phillies rank 15th in runs and 17th in batting average, while the team is 24th in on base percentage and 20th in slugging.
