The city of Boston was put on complete lockdown following the manhunt for marathon suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is reportedly holed up in a house and surrounded by police, while his brother Tamerlan was killed in a firefight in Watertown.

On Thursday night the two brothers were found and chased by police after robbing a convenience store and killing an MIT officer and Tamerlan may have thrown explosives at police and may have had a device on him when he was killed. The brothers motive is unclear, but more information is being learned about the two every hour, with online accounts and information on their schooling becoming clear.

The city of Boston was put on lockdown with all transportation and other activities suspended until further notice as the police try to keep any suspects in the city. Authorities told everyone to stay indoors and some of the most crowded places in Boston were like a ghost town on Friday morning.

The dead brother may have left some clues on motive online, as Yahoo reports that he may have started a YouTube channel titles "Terrorists" and also mentioned other things online related to his Chechen past and the country. The report says there are social media pages with posts about the Chechen independence and other Islamic topics.

The police are still unsure of a true motive and if Dzhokhar is not taken alive, there is a chance that they may never know. His uncle came out in an interview and called them "losers" and said that he does not support what they did at all.
