The Texas Rangers come home after starting the season on the road. They play their A.L. West rival, Los Angeles Angels as Josh Hamilton will return to his former ball club. Check out the live stream of this game as its Angels vs. Rangers at 2:10 p.m. ET/11:10 a.m. PT.

The Rangers are 2-1 in this baby season as they defeated the Houston Astros in back-to-back games following their 2013 Opening Day loss. Sandwich in between those games was Yu Darvish's near perfect game. For the Angels, they took off with a rocky start losing two of three to the Cincinnati Reds in very close, well played ball games.

On the mound for the home team, youngster and the popular Derek Holland. He's hoping he can solidify his numbers in the 2013 year after going 12-7 in 2012 with a 4.67 ERA in 27 major league starts. Newly acquired Jason Vargas takes the hill for the Angels. In 2012, as a member of the Seattle Mariners, Vargas went 14-11 with 3.85 ERA in 33 starts. What the Angels like about Vargas is his ability to throw innings. In 2012, Vargas pitched 217.1 innings, his second year in a row with 200-plus innings pitched.

Vargas is vital for the Angels who needed help in their rotation. It gives them another lefty starter in addition to C.J. Wilson and he can pitch late in the game, saving the Angels bullpen, which is expected to be lights out in 2013. Vargas hopes the offense can back him up in L.A., something the Mariners were unable to do last season.

For the Rangers, they will face their former teammate, Hamilton, for the first time after he signed with the Angels. It will be interesting to see how the fans react to Hamilton after he practically called the Rangers fans bandwagoners saying they were more knowledgeable about football and basketball
