Watch the 2013 MLB Opening Day game between the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros as the season begins today. Check out the live stream of this game as you will not want to miss the action of the first baseball game of the 2013 season.

The Rangers will have their lefty, Matt Harrison on the hill. He was 18-11 with a 3.29 ERA. There is no doubt he has the edge over an Astros team that will rely heavily on their young products to get them through the 2013 season. Bud Norris will take the hill for the Astros. He is their ace and their highest paid player.

This game, though the first one of the 2013 season, will show how they will bounce back from a horrific finish to 2013 where they lost four straight games to lose possession of the A.L. West and were eliminated from the playoffs in the A.L. Wild Card Game.

They also lost their brightest star, Josh Hamilton as well as Mike Napoli, Michael Young and Ryan Dempster. Between these three players, the Rangers lost 75 home runs and 251 RBI. As far as Dempster, the Rangers acquired him in the midseason and though he posted a 5.09 ERA while in Texas, he went 7-3 in 12 starts.

The Astros will simply try to get used to the transition to the A.L. as it will be the first season in a new league following their departure from the National League. It will bring some balance to baseball and Interleague Play will become less exclusive. The Astros will attempt to compete in a tough A.L. West that, aside from the Rangers, features the Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Angels and Seattle Mariners.

Enough talk, here's the live stream. (Also check out predictions for both teams in the 2013 season.)
