San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker has time on his hands to handle outside business now that he's out with injury, and he's using his time wisely.

Parker is seeking payment for his injuries after appearing at W.I.P. nightclub, the night of the now famous bottle incident that involved singer Chris Brown and rapper Drake.

According to GossipDaily.com, Parker was one of several people who claim they were injured in the June 2012 incident that went down at W.i.P. when Drake and Chris Brown decided to get into a bottle throwing match. Tony Parker was injured and he filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club shortly thereafter.

Parker claimed as a result of the fight he received "corneal laceration of the left eye and other injuries" which left him "unable to attend to his usual duties and vocations." He also claimed as a result of the injury he, "incurred various expenses and other special damages."

In the lawsuit, according to TMZ Parker claims the club knew of "bad blood," between the two stars but continued to sell participants in the brawl alcohol despite appearing "visibly intoxicated."

The suit reads: "The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two."

"In failing to adequately secure the premises; in failing to have sufficient and efficient security; in failing to contact the police in a timely manner; in seeking to cover up what occurred; in creating a trap, hazard and a nuisance."

However, owners of the club filed documents last week in New York saying Parkers lawsuit should be concentrated on Brown and Drake, claiming they were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the fight.

The club wants any and all damages awarded to Parker to come from Brown and Drake.
