David Beckham and his wife Victoria are icons around the world and while they have a large family with a number of kids, the two have expressed interest in adding another one to the flock.
According to MSN News, Victoria has expressed that she would like to add a daughter to their family that already includes Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, Cruz, 6, and baby Harper, 7 months. The family has recently moved to Paris from London after David Beckham signed with French soccer team Paris Saint-Germain and Victoria was spotted at Fashion week talking about having another child.
''[Victoria] was making cheeky comments to everyone at Fashion Week who congratulated her about David's Paris move and asked her is she's planning on opening a Paris boutique," said a source to Closer magazine. ''She quipped, 'Maybe - and maybe we'll get a Paris baby, too!' She's besotted with Harper and says she'd love another girl. 'And, timing wise, now works for her as she's just done all the hard work of getting them settled into London for the next few years.''
The 37-year-old soccer star recently spoke to British talk show host Jonathan Ross, saying that it would be great to have another child.
"Harper is 7 months now. I can't even look at her without welling up. After having three boys, you just assume that you're going to have another boy, but when we got told she was a little girl, it was amazing," Beckham said.
He also added jokingly that they might have two more kids down the line.
"We might have one more or two more, you never know. We're not thinking about it yet, but if it happens, great... we're busy people and we're enjoying the four kids that we've got already and we're lucky, we're lucky to have four healthy children," Beckham said.
Beckham also spoke about being regular parent despite being worldwide celebrities.
"We take them to school, we pick them up," he said. "We take them to Tae Kwon Do or wherever they go, so we always do the activities with them."
Although David has expressed interest in having another child, insider sources said that the couple might wait.
''David's been doing most of the work with the boys over the past few weeks, while Victoria prepared for New York Fashion Week, and although he loves every moment he spends with them, he'd like some time to unwind," said the source, according to MSN.com. ''He's not sure he can handle another one in nappies and sleepless nights.''
Beckham recently finished his career with the Los Angeles Galaxy and signed with Paris Saint-Germain. The team has spent a great deal of money over the past year and that has now extended to Beckham. The star has said he will likely live in a swanky hotel while playing for the club.
